Bonanza took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas, who comes in off a win.
On Wednesday, Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas earned a 3-1 win over Rancho. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Falcons.
Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-18, 25-16, 25-15.

Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas found their leader in sophomore Jinelle David, who had 13 digs. Those 13 digs set a new season-high mark for David.
Meanwhile, Bonanza unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-match winning streak on Wednesday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Cimarron-Memorial.
The final score came out to 25-21, 25-27, 25-13, 25-20.
Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas will have to contain Lauryn Jennings as she made an impact in Bonanza's last game. She had 15 digs and six aces. Jennings has been hot for a while, having also posted 15 or more assists the last ten times she's played. Alexandria Aguirre was another key player, getting nine digs and one assist.
Bonanza's loss dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas, their victory bumped their record up to 23-13.
