The Solomon Gorillas can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent contest on Monday. Everything went their way against Central Christian as Solomon made off with a 70-47 victory. With that win, Solomon brought their scoring average up to 50.7 points per game.
Spencer Coup continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 32 points along with three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Jayceon Nelson was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
The win (which was Solomon's third in a row) raised their record to 10-6. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.7 points per game. As for Central Christian, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-9.
Solomon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 71-31 win vs. Peabody-Burns on the 6th. Central Christian has also already played their next matchup, a 66-58 defeat against Cunningham on the 6th.
