Coeur du Christ Academy barely beat Lakeside the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Saints blew past the Knights 54-32 on Thursday. Considering the Saints have won four contests by more than 21 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Coeur du Christ Academy found their leader in sophomore Grant Clemens, who threw for 345 yards and seven TDs while completing 75% of his passes. Clemens is crushing it when it comes to passing touchdowns: he's passed for at least three every time he's taken the field this season. Eli Zember was in the mix as well, providing Coeur du Christ Academy with two scores.

Coeur du Christ Academy's record now sits at 4-1. As for Lakeside, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Coincidentally, Coeur du Christ Academy and Lakeside will both be playing Deary the next time they take the field. The Knights will head out to face the Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. on the 3rd, while the Saints will host them at 7:00 p.m. on the 10th.
