Spring Valley were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. Everything went their way against Lugoff-Elgin on Friday as they made off with a 34-6 win. The match was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Spring Valley had established a 31-6 advantage.
The victory bumped Spring Valley's record up to 4-2. Lugoff-Elgin are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-8.
Next week Spring Valley take on White Knoll at Parone Sta - Columbia at 7:30 PM. Unlike Spring Valley, White Knoll will be limping in after taking a loss. As for Lugoff-Elgin, they will face off against Irmo. Given that they both suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.
