SCISA A Region I recap Sept. 26, 2012
Bible Baptist was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fifth to second in SCISA A Region I.
Colleton Prep Academy led the league in scoring this week after putting up 46 points on Colleton Prep Academy.
St. Andrew's' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Lions feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Nate Mayo has thrown for 356 yards and six touchdowns this season, while Brandon Miller has five catches for 219 yards. Wright Wallace leads the league in rushing with 427 yards.
A big matchup in SCISA A Region I this week will be when Dorchester Academy takes on the War Hawks. At the moment, the Raiders are in fifth, while Colleton Prep Academy is in first.
The Braves made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 9,399 from 9,908.
