The win bumped Apache's record up to 4-1. Velma-Alma are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-6.
Next week Apache take on Rush Springs at 7:30 PM. Those two teams have set a high bar for this matchup after stand-out offensive performances in their previous contests. As for Velma-Alma, they will face off against Ringling. Ringling are cruising in on a six-game winning streak.
