 At the plate,  Brooklynne Fields was  excellent,  scoring two  runs and  stealing three bases. Those  three  stolen bases gave  her a new career-high.
 Pottsville has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record  this season. The  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.6 runs on average over those games. As for Clarksville, their loss dropped their record down to 2-16.
 Clarksville might still be hurting after the  21-0 defeat they got from Pottsville  in their previous meeting  on April 1st. Can the Panthers avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
