Buffalo's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Grace Peterson, who scored 17 points along with 7 rebounds and 4 steals. Another player making a difference was Tess Rule, who scored 15 points along with 9 rebounds.
Buffalo's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Scottsbluff, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
Buffalo will take on Rock Springs at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Rock Springs will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Wyoming Rankings (they are ranked 43rd, while Buffalo is ranked fourth). As for Scottsbluff, they will head out on the road to face off against Douglas on Friday.
