While Salado didn't have the best season last year (they finished 13-19), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 61-33 win over the Crockett Cougars. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 26 points or more this season.

Salado's victory bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Crockett, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Salado will head out to take on Legacy Ranch at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Crockett will take on Lake Travis in a holiday battle at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
