As a matter of fact, that's the most points Baird has scored all season. Dennis Hofer was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 21 points and ten rebounds.
Meanwhile, Webutuck was beaten by Onteora 91-29 on Wednesday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Webutuck has scored all season.
Mount Academy's win bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Webutuck, their loss dropped their record down to 0-8.
Everything came up roses for Mount Academy against Webutuck when the teams last played back in December of 2023 as the team secured a 80-37 victory. With Mount Academy ahead 47-25 at the half, the match was all but over already.
