After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Classical, East Providence was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the North Smithfield Northmen 3-0. The Townies have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Northmen, too.

East Providence's win bumped their record up to 7-5. As for North Smithfield, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Providence will challenge Chariho at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for North Smithfield, they will square off against Tolman at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
