Carlo Vazquez was cooking despite his team's loss, going 3-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. He has become a key player for Oxbridge Academy: the team is 6-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 1-4 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Jordan Raphael, who got on base in two of his four plate appearances with one stolen base and one RBI.

Palm Beach Gardens' win bumped their record up to 3-12. As for Oxbridge Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-5.
