Grapevine Faith Christian won the last time they faced Southwest Christian School and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Grapevine Faith Christian Lions breezed by the Southwest Christian School Eagles to the tune of 78-43. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 24 points or more this season.

Leading Grapevine Faith Christian to victory were Brennen Byrd and Landon Harlin. Byrd dropped a double-double on 21 points and 13 rebounds, while Harlin went 8 of 14 on his way to 18 points along with eight boards and four steals. That's the most steals Harlin has posted since back in November of 2023. The team also got some help courtesy of Chase Leslie, who posted six points in addition to nine assists and four steals.

Grapevine Faith Christian's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 25-6. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.5 points per game. As for Southwest Christian School, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 13 of their last 17 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-20 record this season.

Grapevine Faith Christian will host Grace Prep at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Grace Prep's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last eight games.
