It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Helias had no problem doing just that  on Saturday. They blew past the Winfield Warriors 3-0. The  victory was familiar territory for the Crusaders, who have now won 17  contests in a row.
 Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-11,  25-21.
  Sophie Verslues was a one-woman wrecking crew as she  had 12  digs and five  aces. That's the most  aces  she has posted since back in August of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of  Liza Boyer, who  had eight  digs and four  assists.
Helias' win bumped their record up to 34-1-1. As for Winfield, their defeat  ended  a  three-match streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 17-11-1.
 Coming up, Helias will square off against Oak Grove on Friday. Winfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
