Memphis had to endure a 30-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They claimed a resounding 61-33 win over Landmark Academy. The Yellowjackets' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Memphis' victory ended a 12-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-8. As for Landmark Academy, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the loss, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Memphis and Genesee will round out the year against one another at at 7:00 p.m. on December 27th. Memphis is facing Genesee at the right time seeing as Genesee is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Landmark Academy, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Carsonville-Port Sanilac at 7:15 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
