Baseball Recap: Legend's Luck Changes for the Better on Thursday

Legend can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They came out on top against the La Habra Highlanders by a score of 10-5.

Jacob Fladebo was incredible, going 1-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Carson Reffel, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.

Legend's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for La Habra, their loss dropped their record down to 7-6-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Legend is headed away from home for the first time to square off against Eaglecrest at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Titans' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Raptors have averaged an impressive 7.2 runs per game this season. As for La Habra, they will square off against Damien at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Highlanders are facing the Spartans at the right time seeing as the Spartans are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
