They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 43-17 walloping at the hands of West Chester Christian. Concord Christian Academy has struggled against West Chester Christian recently, as their game on Friday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Despite the defeat, Concord Christian Academy saw an underclassman step up: Aubrey Collison scored nine points along with seven rebounds.
Concord Christian Academy bumped their record down to 0-2 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for West Chester Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Concord Christian Academy's road trip will continue as they head out to face Cumberland Christian at 4:00 p.m. on December 19th. West Chester Christian will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Upper Bucks Christian at 5:00 p.m. on January 4, 2024.
