Hereford took a 20-point loss the last time they faced off against Sweetwater, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Hereford Whitefaces skirted past the Sweetwater Mustangs 65-63. Winning may never get old, but the Whitefaces sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Hereford's victory bumped their record up to 4-8. As for Sweetwater, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-8.

Hereford didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 55-43 win against Graham on the 13th. As for Sweetwater, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 69-52 victory against Boyd on the 14th.
