The Hancock Eagles will be home for the holidays to greet the Gage Park Fighting Owls at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with 15 consecutive losses dating back to last season for Hancock and three for Gage Park.
Last Thursday, Hancock came up short against Kennedy and fell 59-50. Hancock has not had much luck with Kennedy recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Meanwhile, it was a hard-fought game, but Gage Park had to settle for a 47-44 defeat against Kelly on Thursday.
Hancock's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Gage Park, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
Hancock beat Gage Park 49-40 in their previous meeting back in December of 2022. Will Hancock repeat their success, or does Gage Park have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
