Morton hasn't dropped below two steals for nine straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Cavanuagh, who scored 18 points.
The victory was the third in a row for Liberty Christian Academy, bringing their record for this year to 5-6. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.0 points per game. As for Jones, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5.

East Carteret presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Jones in North Carolina (East Carteret is ranked 233rd, while Jones is ranked 489th).
