On Friday Moorcroft take on Burns at 6:00 PM. Moorcroft is expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the contest prepared for a fight.
Moorcroft took care of business in their home opener. They came out on top against Tongue River with a 20-7.
Burns had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They steamrollered Wright 46-6. Burns was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Their wins lifted both teams to an identical 1-0. While both teams are coming in off of wins, only one will triumph this week. Who will it be ? Check back in with MaxPreps after the game is over for details.
