Wichita HomeSchool kept up with St. Mary's Academy until halftime on Friday, but afterwards: not so much. The Crusaders' defense stepped up to hand the Warriors a 4-0 shutout. Considering St. Mary's Academy have won six matchups by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Wichita HomeSchool with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Luke Pedersen, Patrick Gallagher, Anthony Goldade, and Greg Clarendon.

The win was the fourth in a row for St. Mary's Academy, bringing their record up to 8-7. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those four contests. As for Wichita HomeSchool, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.

Looking ahead, St. Mary's Academy will venture away from home to face off against Shawnee Heights at 6:15 p.m. on Monday. Wichita HomeSchool does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
