Live Oak has enjoyed a two-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. The Live Oak Acorns and the Calvary Chapel Eagles will round out the year against one another at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday at. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication,  the pair will really light up the scoreboard.
 Last Thursday, Live Oak earned a  57-46 win over Mt. Pleasant. The  victory was just what Live Oak needed coming off of a  68-48 defeat in their prior  matchup.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Live Oak to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Austin Jennings, who  scored 16 points along with eight  rebounds. That makes it six consecutive games in which  Jennings has scored at least 25% of Live Oak's points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Raymond Ramirez, who  scored 16 points.
 Meanwhile, Calvary Chapel had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20.5 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They walked away with  a   69-58  win over St. Margaret's.
 Live Oak's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Calvary Chapel, their win bumped their record up to 8-6.
