The Lewiston Bengals got the win against the Medical Lake Cardinals  on Saturday by a conclusive  11-1. The result was nothing new for Lewiston, who have now won seven contests by six  goals or more  so far this season.
Their offense was hitting Medical Lake from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal.  Avery Lathen led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.
The  win made it two in a row for Lewiston and  bumps their season record up to 8-6-1. Those  victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  scored 17  goals over those two  matchups. As for Medical Lake, their  loss was their first of the  season and  makes their record 2-1.
