Friday just wasn't the day for the Half Moon Bay Cougars's offense. They were outmatched by Menlo School at home and fell 33-0. Having soared to a lofty 44 points in the game before, Half Moon Bay couldn't push the score so high this time.
Dusty Dimas threw for 29 yards on two of six attempts. On the ground, Harrison Tobias rushed for 104 yards.
It was another big night for Mikey McGrath, who threw for 153 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 passes. Willis Johnson was another key contributor, rushing for 59 yards and two touchdowns.
Half Moon Bay has been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for Menlo School, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 9-1.
