The Wooster Generals's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They took a 60-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of Lake. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Wooster in their matchups with Lake: they've now lost three in a row.
Despite the loss, Wooster still got an impressive performance from Brady Bowen, who scored 18 points. Another player making a difference was Aidan Holford, who scored nine points.
Wooster's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Lake, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-9.
Wooster will be playing at home against Ashland at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lake, they will head out on the road to face off against McKinley at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. McKinley presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Lake in Ohio (McKinley is ranked 91st, while Lake is ranked 516th).
