Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bridgeland). They blew past the Waller Bulldogs, posting a 77-41 victory. Given the Bears' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 313th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 1155th), the result on Saturday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Bridgeland's win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 16-13. As for Waller, they dropped their record down to 3-27 with the defeat, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season.

Bridgeland will welcome Cypress Lakes at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Cypress Lakes will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Bridgeland surely won't give up without a fight. As for Waller, they will head out to challenge Langham Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Waller is facing Langham Creek at the right time seeing as Langham Creek is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
