Holcomb won the last time they faced Naylor and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Hornets put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 13-1 victory. The Hornets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten contests by six runs or more this season.

The win made it two in a row for Holcomb and bumps their season record up to 13-11. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 2 run in those games. As for Naylor, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.

Holcomb didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 7-4 defeat against Cooter on the 15th. Naylor does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
