On Wednesday Madox Vipperman tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits, which was good enough to also set a new career-low in earned runs. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his fourth in a row with less than two walks. On the year, he has an ERA of 4.85 over 8.7 innings pitched.
