Flower Mound waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They were the clear victors by a 7-0 margin over the Coppell Cowboys. The Jaguars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 matches by six runs or more this season.

Flower Mound's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-7-1. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Coppell, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-12-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Flower Mound is set to challenge their familiar foe Hebron at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Jaguars 3, the Hawks 2.1) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Coppell will take on rival Marcus at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
