McMinn Central posted their closest win since April 17th on Saturday. They skirted past the Sequatchie County Indians 4-2. The Chargers haven't had any issues with the Indians recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

McMinn Central's win bumped their record up to 23-12. As for Sequatchie County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 21-12 record this season.

McMinn Central will face off against Alcoa at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Tornadoes will roll in looking for their 15th straight victory, something the Chargers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Sequatchie County, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 4-3 win against Marion County on the 10th.
