Several Falcons players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Joel Gardner, who posted 12 points. Gardner has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Zach Gagon was another key player, putting up eight points and four steals.
Even though they lost, Skyridge was working as a unit and finished the game with 11 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lone Peak only racked up four assists.
Lone Peak got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Austin Simon out in front who went 6 of 14 on his way to 15 points. Another player making a difference was Jackson Taylor, who scored 12 points and five rebounds.
