Marsh Valley is 10-0 against American Falls since February of 2020, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Marsh Valley Eagles the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome the American Falls Beavers at 7:30 p.m. on January 25th. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Marsh Valley posted their biggest victory yet this season on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat South Fremont 75-43 at home.
Meanwhile, American Falls was able to grind out a solid victory over Aberdeen on Friday, taking the game 46-35. Given American Falls' advantage in MaxPreps' Idaho basketball rankings (they are ranked 35th, while Aberdeen is ranked 96th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Marsh Valley now has a winning record of 6-5. As for American Falls, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-2.
Marsh Valley strolled past American Falls in their previous meeting back in February of 2023 by a score of 62-47. Does Marsh Valley have another victory up their sleeve, or will American Falls turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
