Anderson County was the  67-39 winner over Southwestern when they last played one another  back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Anderson County Bearcats fell  52-39 to the Southwestern Warriors on Saturday.

Anderson County's defeat dropped their record down to 18-5. As for Southwestern, their win was  their sixth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 14-8.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Anderson County will challenge Simon Kenton at 8:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Southwestern, they will square off against Rockcastle County at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. One thing working in Rockcastle County's favor is that they have posted at least 55  points  in their last six contests.
