The Chittenango Bears were the 78-49 winner over the Bishop Ludden Gaelic Knights when they last played one another back in December of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Chittenango fell 61-49 to Bishop Ludden on Saturday.
When it comes to explaining why Chittenango lost, one person who can't be blamed is Ryan Moesch. Despite the final result, he scored 21 points along with 5 rebounds and 4 blocks. Jacob Cheek was another key contributor, scoring 9 points along with 12 rebounds.
Chittenango's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Bishop Ludden, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
Chittenango will head out on the road to face off against Cortland at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bishop Ludden, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Solvay at 7:30 p.m. on December 11th.
