Chagrin Falls has been on the road for four straight, but on Saturday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Perry Pirates at 1:45 p.m. on Saturday. Chagrin Falls will be strutting in after a victory while Perry will be coming in after a loss.
Last Wednesday, Chagrin Falls earned a 58-49 victory over Orange.
Chagrin Falls got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Avery Russell out in front who scored 25 points. Another player making a difference was Lilly Stukus, who scored 22 points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, Perry unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Wednesday. They had to suffer through a rough 53-22 loss at the hands of Mentor. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Perry has scored all season.
Chagrin Falls has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. As for Perry, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-4.
Chagrin Falls didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Perry in their previous matchup back in December of 2022, but they still walked away with a 44-40 victory. Will Chagrin Falls repeat their success, or does Perry have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
