Southern Lakes recap Oct. 23, 2012
Badger and Muskego played the most hotly contested game in Southern Lakes this week, with Badger eventually emerging with a 28-27 victory.
The Badgers led the league in scoring this week after putting up 28 points on the Warriors.
Wilmot's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Panthers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Noah Strasser has thrown for 1354 yards and 13 touchdowns this season, while Matt Christensen has 40 catches for 764 yards. Bennett Kothe leads the league in rushing with 982 yards.
Badger made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 3,006 from 3,104. The improvement came about via a 28-27 victory over Muskego last week.
