In what's become a running theme this season, the Blair Bears gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They blew past Lincoln Northwest 46-17 at home. The win was some much needed relief for Blair as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.
Blair found their leader in underclassman Gueryn Kay, who scored nine points.
Blair's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-6. As for Lincoln Northwest, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-13.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Blair will take on Elkhorn North at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Elkhorn North will be coming into the game with an undefeated record on the line. As for Lincoln Northwest, they will head out on the road to challenge Elkhorn at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
