Mount Union has been on the road for two straight, but  on Thursday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Richland Rams at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Both teams come into the  contest bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 Mount Union's pitching crew heads into the  match  hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed  on Tuesday. They came out on top against West Branch by a score of  3-0.
  Bryce Danish was  excellent,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of  Cainen Atherton, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
 Meanwhile, Richland had just enough and edged Westmont Hilltop out  5-4 on Monday.
  Maddox Vojtko looked comfortable as he  tossed  an inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits.
 On the hitting side,  Mason Oliver was  incredible,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 1-for-2.  Caden Robertson was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-2.
 Mount Union has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won seven of their last eight games,  which provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record  this season. As for Richland, their win bumped their record up to 12-8.
Richland's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them:  Mount Union has hit smart this season,  having  averaged  an OBP of .460. It's a different story for Richland, though, as  they've  only  averaged .362. Will they be able to contain Mount Union's hitters?
