Delaware Academy is 8-2 against the Team since January of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Delaware Academy Bulldogs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Sidney Team at 7:00 p.m.
On Monday, Delaware Academy came up short against the Warriors and fell 44-34. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as Delaware Academy came into the match with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 178th, while the Warriors are ranked 433rd).
Meanwhile, Sidney scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They blew past Deposit-Hancock, posting a 84-25 win at home. Sidney has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 31 points or more this season.
Delaware Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 12-5. As for Sidney, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.
Delaware Academy came out on top in a nail-biter against the Team when the teams last played back in January, sneaking past 52-49. Does Delaware Academy have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Team turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
