The Concord-Carlisle Patriots lost against the Acton-Boxborough Colonials back in January of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Concord-Carlisle fell 59-49 to Acton-Boxborough.
Acton-Boxborough's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Shannon Patrick, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 15 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Olivia Baytarian, who scored 13 points.
Concord-Carlisle dropped their record down to 1-1 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Acton-Boxborough, their victory bumped their record up to 12-3.
Concord-Carlisle does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Acton-Boxborough, they will head out on the road to challenge Cambridge Rindge & Latin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
