In other batting news, Independence got a massive performance out of Tori Fox, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3. Those three hits gave Fox a new career-high. Piper Johnson was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing Two bases. while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
