Ferguson faced Palmetto in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Falcons came up short against the Panthers, falling 32-6. The Falcons' defeat signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

Arianna Madsen threw for 104 yards and one TD. Victoria Holder was her top target, picking up 35 receiving yards.

Ava Alvarez continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Palmetto, throwing for 125 yards and three touchdowns. Alvarez is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as she's now passed for three or more in each of the last three games she's played.
