The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for St. Cecilia Academy in their matchups with Christ Presbyterian Academy: they've now lost six in a row.
Despite the defeat, St. Cecilia Academy had strong showings from Mia Galassini, who scored nine points along with nine rebounds, and Gracen Mondelli, who scored nine points along with eight rebounds. Galassini hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Bailey Lynch, who scored eight points.
St. Cecilia Academy now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Christ Presbyterian Academy, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-5.
