If Chisago Lakes Baptist were riding high  off their  45-19 takedown of Cambridge Christian last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Chisago Lakes Baptist fell  50-37 to Rochester Area HomeSchool on Thursday.
 Despite the  defeat, Chisago Lakes Baptist had strong showings from  Mariah Cave, who  dropped  a double-double on 15 points and ten  rebounds, and  Becca  Cave, who  scored 14 points along with six  assists and five  steals. Cave scored a full 40.5% of Chisago Lakes Baptist's points, the fourth time in a row she's  earned more than a third of the team's points.
 Chisago Lakes Baptist's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Rochester Area HomeSchool,  the  win  got them back to even at 1-1.
 Chisago Lakes Baptist will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on St. Francis Christian at 6:00  p.m.  on January 22nd. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another  in Minnesota (St. Francis Christian is ranked 128th, while Chisago Lakes Baptist is ranked 119th). Rochester Area HomeSchool does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
