Vito Ofiara gave up the fewest hits he has since back in March on Monday. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over seven innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Tipton-Rosemark Academy is 5-2 when he allows at most two earned runs, but 8-9 otherwise.

Ofiara's strong effort led Tipton-Rosemark Academy over Trinity Christian Academy and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are at an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2021, but likely not for long.
