Calumet extended the longest winning streak in Western Peninsula this week by beating Gladstone, 36-12. The win marks sixth in a row for the the Copper Kings.
Northland Pines/Phelps' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Eagles feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Cooper Kerner has thrown for 311 yards and two touchdowns this season, while Sam Lacko has six catches for 210 yards. Austin Ramesh leads the league in rushing with 684 yards.
L'Anse took down Munising 47-6 last week, the largest margin of any game.
