Bishop McNamara's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They blew past St. Edward 56-0. Considering the Fightin' Irish have won six games by more than 27 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
The critical scores for Bishop McNamara came from Richie Darr, Julius May, Gavin Antons, Zane Gulley, Jordan Callaway, Coen Demack, Jack Latham, and Malachi Lee.
Bishop McNamara was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 227 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 219 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.
Special teams played a big role in the game for Bishop McNamara, adding 12 points to the final score. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Demack, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.
