Ysleta won the last time they faced Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Indians put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp 12-2 victory. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won ten matchups by ten runs or more so far this season.

Dahlia Ornelas made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits. Ornelas was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double.

In other batting news, Ysleta got a massive performance out of Cienna Hernandez, who fired off two home runs, three runs, and one triple while going 3-for-3. Savannah Jurado was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run and five RBI.
