New Caney was the clear victor by a 48-23 margin over the Indians. New Caney pushed the score to 40-19 by the end of the third, a deficit the Indians had little chance of recovering from.
College Park's win was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 28-4. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 30.3 points. As for New Caney, the victory got them back to even at 15-15.
